Hi, many thanks for looking at my site, for those who might be interested in who I am I just thought I’d share my personal internet marketing story very quickly…

My name's Mel Bryan I live in the UK and I've been marketing on the internet for about 4 years now. When I first started I was selling physical products on ebay, but I soon got caught up in the hype surrounding affiliate marketing and purchasing the next get rich quick ebooks that came out.

I started building affiliate websites, but they made absolutely no money whatsoever. It was not long before I realized that affiliate marketing was not as easy as all the ebooks would want you to think.

Over a period of time my product selection, keyword research and site building skills developed and the number of sites I have now has reached 60 plus. Not all are profitable but the ones that are give me a comfortable living.

So why did I make a site about WordPress Goldmine?

I was a paid member of Mark Thompson's Income Academy and although I was already earning well I found that the information there was extremely helpful. I was mainly building static sites with Dreamweaver or Xsitepro at the time but Mark was extolling the virtues of using WordPress for affiliate sites and I was soon a convert. The ease of setting up the sites and the SEO benefits soon won me over.

Mark documented his success building WordPress Ebay and affiliate sites in his book WPGoldmine and I found by following his simple steps and applying them to each site that I built, it wasn't hard to make $100, $200 or even $500 a month with each one.
